  • Payment was made in error or duplicated.

  • DUNAMB SEO PNG is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control.

  • A project is canceled by DUNAMB SEO PNG before any substantial work has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • SEO services that have already commenced.

  • Completed website design or development work.

  • Google Business Profile setup and optimization services once completed.

  • Local SEO, citation building, or content creation services already delivered.

  • Monthly SEO management or consulting services already performed.

  • Services delayed due to a client's failure to provide required information, approvals, or access credentials.

 
4. Project Cancellation
By the Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started:

  • Fees for completed work remain payable.

  • Any deposits paid may be non-refundable.

  • DUNAMB SEO PNG may deduct the value of work already completed before determining any partial refund.

If we cancel a project before substantial work begins, any unused portion of fees paid may be refunded.

 
5. No Guarantee of Results

SEO and digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including:

  • Search engine algorithm changes

  • Market competition

  • Industry conditions

  • Customer behavior

  • Website performance

Therefore, DUNAMB SEO PNG does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, leads, or sales, and refunds will not be issued solely because expected results were not achieved.

 
6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your name and business name

  • Date of payment

  • Invoice or payment reference

  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the relevant payment date.

 
7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, or financial institutions.
